
Pro Account Sales Manager

As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic, experienced Sales Manager to add to our PRO Sales team.
As a PRO Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for driving sales growth, interacting with both residential and commercial clients, understanding their unique requirements, and providing tailored solutions from our extensive range of building products. Your passion for sales, combined with your knowledge of building materials and strong leadership will contribute to the success of our sales efforts and a have a critical role in driving our business forward.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and other industry stakeholders.
- Engage with residential and commercial clients to understand their project needs and recommend appropriate building product solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, offering product information, and guiding customers through the selection process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, and presentations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product development, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to senior management.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent the company.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability while delivering value.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to streamline sales operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building products, construction, or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Basic understanding of building materials, construction processes, and industry terminology.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites and events as required.
