The Community Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for supporting, improving and expanding Springboard’s Community Learning HUB through community outreach, partnership building and coordination, facilitator engagement, and fund development coordination. Reporting to Supervisor, HUB Digital Creative Production this position requires flexibility in work schedule and occasional travel to HUB sites in Ontario.

**WAYS YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE**
- **Communication and Marketing**:Collaborate with leadership to actively promote HUB among diverse stakeholders and new partners while supporting funding needs, brainstorming relevant topics for HUB clients, and identifying opportunities for HUB expansion. Assist with planning and coordinating HUB projects.
- **Community Outreach**:Coordinate HUB learning partnership network, including 100+ national agencies. Key areas include: Market and demonstrate HUB to potential partners, research and promote HUB at conferences, design and conduct engagement activities to expand agency partnerships and facilitator affiliations with the HUB, coordinate Springboard module co-creation & user testing; work with Springboard staff to address programming needs and provide feedback to HUB team, provide support and training to Springboard staff using HUB, identify and problem-solve barriers to high program usage.
- **Partnership Building**:Work with HUB leadership to support reporting and fund development. In collaboration with Manager, HUB and Manager, Fund Development & Communications, research funding opportunities, and support proposal development. Relationship building skills, including overseeing numerous partnerships, tracking progress and addressing the needs of facilitators and partner agencies. Capacity to engage, educate, lead and inspire others to improve their work with marginalized populations.
- **Conflict Resolution**:work with the HUB Project Team to utilize flexible and appropriate conflict resolution tools and techniques to successfully complete role requirements and support team deliverables.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- 2 years of related work experience.
- 1-3 years of training experience.
- 1-3 years of previous experience with communications and marketing assignments.
- At least 2 years of progressive work experience with at risk youth and adult populations.
- A strong commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver training programs.
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills including ability to conduct presentations in large groups.
- An aptitude for problem solving, researching and analyzing information and clearly communicating the results to a variety of users.
- Initiative, a strong sense of motivation and strong work ethic.
- Excellent written communication skills in English to prepare internal and external documentation.
- Ability to build and maintain positive and collaborative work relationships with teams.
- Excellent work planning and organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects with competing timelines.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- A self-starter with experience and knowledge in team building
