**What responsibilities will you have in this role?**
- Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Engagement, the coordinator builds stakeholder engagement through integrated digital marketing campaign and activities using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Coordinates with internal part-time digital team and external design and technical teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience across all channels.
- Utilizes the CRM to analyze and manipulate the data available to further support the development of an integrated digital marketing campaign.
- Manages and develops compelling and engaging content to support conversion to desired behaviours and business outcomes.
- Provides ongoing input, analysis and reporting on campaign results that directly relate to business plan objectives, including targets and metrics.
- Provides campaign coordination for key lifecycle milestones, including, but not limited to, onboarding and re-engagement campaign coordination for newly engaged or newly re-engaged audiences:

Collaborates Alumni Employer Engagement Coordinator and supports their recruitment and participant attraction objectives via mass digital channels.
- Coordinates daily workflow of overall campaign activity via project management tools.
- Other related duties as assigned.

**What qualifications do you need for this role?**
- Four-year degree or equivalent in Business Marketing, Digital Media Marketing, Strategic Relationship Marketing or equivalent.
Experience in other digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as, Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing automation integration and predictive intelligence modelling is considered an asset.
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop and image editing.
- Knowledge of psychographic segmentation insights and analysis.
- Strong understanding of data filters and working knowledge of standard digital marketing code HTML, CSS and SQL code.
- Knowledge of Raiser’s Edge database is considered an asset.
- Exceptional project management, time management and organizational skills, with the ability to establish priorities and meet competing deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to exercise diplomacy and tact in teaching and coaching colleagues.
- Demonstrated commitment in delivering excellent service to others as this is key in supporting the success of our students and our College.
- Strong communication, collaboration, teamwork, and people skills.
- Effective ability to interact with others and deal with situations in ways that respect diverse backgrounds, experience and styles.
- Flexibility in adapting to change and in participating in consultative decision-making processes.

**Hours of Work: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.**
