**Position Summary**:
Functions and Responsibilities
% of Time Description of Duty
100%
- Welcome guests and visitors
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct to the appropriate department
- Receive/send courier and mail deliveries and pick-ups
- Track and record all incoming mail and courier packages for each department
- Categorize/index electronic documents submitted without barcodes.
- Calculate billing weights for under 7,000 lb shipments using SWL (Standard Weight Listing) per Government of Canada contract and agent submitted paperwork.
- Order supplies for office (stationery) and kitchen
- Verify all incoming invoices and distribute to the applicable department
- Post system entries for Inter-Agent Invoices daily
- Manage the kitchen (clean, and replenish supplies daily)

Qualifications and Preferred Skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills with an aptitude for clear, courteous, and concise communication, ideally in both English and French languages
- Able to prioritize a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Good working knowledge of Canadian and U.S. geography
- Moving industry experience is an asset

Education and Certification Requirements
- College diploma or combination of completed high school education and tangible post-academic work experience specializing in reception duties
