Product Sales Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Product Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will manage client relationships, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional service and tailored solutions. **Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Client Acquisition**: Identify and engage potential clients in Ontario and Western Canada through outbound sales efforts.
**Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
**Reactivating Inactive Accounts**:Reconnect with dormant clients to reignite interest and generate sales.
**Travel**:Travel across Canada to visit customer sites, attend trade shows, and strengthen client relationships.
**Quoting & Proposal Preparation**:Create accurate and competitive quotes, addressing client needs and following up promptly.
**Product Knowledge & Presentation**:Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations.
**Negotiation & Closing**:Manage client negotiations to balance expectations with company goals and close deals effectively.
**Account Management**:Oversee client accounts, ensuring seamless order placement and delivery.
**Sales Reporting**: Monitor and report on sales activities and performance, ensuring sales targets are achieved.
**Internal Collaboration**:Partner with production, logistics, and customer service teams to meet client requirements.
**Market Analysis**: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
**Sales Strategy Development**:Collaborate with management to refine and execute sales strategies and processes.
**Qualifications**
Minimum of 3 years in manufacturing or industrial sales.
Experience in the fenestration (glass, window, door), construction, or building materials industry is a strong asset.
Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and exceed targets.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain product specifications.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Must own a vehicle suitable for work travel (monthly car allowance provided).
Comfortable engaging with various management levels.
**WORKING CONDITIONS**:
Office-based with frequent travel to client sites.
Flexibility to accommodate occasional after-hours client meetings.
Exposure to shop-floor environments during client visits.
**COMPENSATION**:
Base Salary: $65,000 Base + Commissions + Bonus Incentives
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
