**Supplemental Pay** : Top Tier commission structure 90/10 & 95/5 splits

**Salary Range**: $250,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year

**Responsibilities**:

- Have a thorough knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Be able to explain the process of buying and selling a home to clients.
- Be familiar with the legal aspects of real estate transactions.
- Be able to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other real estate professionals.
- Stay current on market trends and conditions.
- Understand the financial aspects of real estate transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Valid real estate license in Ontario | Or you are nearing completion of a real estate licensing course.
- Proven track record as a successful real estate agent.
- Entry level real estate agents welcome.
- Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficient in using real estate databases and software.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
