An immediate opportunity exists for a Branch Manager to join our Management Team. Our extraordinary training, culture, support, and dynamic office environment elevates real estate careers to a higher level.
**Overview**
The role includes all facets of day-to-day leadership, management, and operations of a full-service real estate branch. This position is responsible for achieving the annual goals in line with the brokerage business plan.
The Branch Manager directly influences net to company dollars, operating efficiency of the Branch, recruiting and retention, and the productivity of our Sales Representatives and Brokers.
**Accountabilities**
Optimizes profitability of the Branch through the recruitment and retention of a professional and productive agent sales force, supported by experienced, dedicated customer service focused staff.
Reports to: CEO / Broker of Record / Director of Operations
Supervises: Sales Representatives, Brokers, and Support Staff
- A passionate commitment to contributing to the development and growth of the Listo full-service brokerage.
- Must hold a valid REALTOR® license, preferably an Ontario Broker’s license, with at least five years of experience in real estate sales and brokerage management.
- Demonstrated leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to recruit, develop, and lead a dynamic team of high-performing real estate professionals, adhering to the highest industry standards.
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing business goals and recruitment targets.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation/training abilities.
- Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience and knowledge of the latest real estate technology, tools, and marketing strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Actively recruits both new and experienced real estate agents, consistently meeting and exceeding recruitment goals.
- Retains, supports, and mentors sales representatives and administrative staff.
- Provides training and development to real estate agents on business planning, goal setting, prospecting, client presentations, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Ensures the highest level of service is delivered to our agents, clients/customers, and the public.
- Upholds professionalism and ensures all practices align with Company Policies and Procedures, the Code of Ethics, and the Code of Business Conduct.
- Fully understands brokerage administrative functions, including front and back-office operations and deal administration.
- Exhibits strong leadership, effective presentation, conflict resolution, and innovative problem-solving skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Ontario Real Estate Salesperson / Broker License (required)
