Do you want to learn the trade of sales? We are hiring Business Development Representatives with the right attitude. Sales experience and skills are an asset, but not required. If you are articulate, resilient and have a positive attitude, we will train you for success.

This position includes $35,000 base pay + commission

**Ways you contribute**:

- Source new business and revenue through outbound call prospecting efforts from provided call lists
- Generate interest through outbound cold calling, communicate with potential customers, and follow up on leads
- Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities
- Participate in sales meetings to gain valuable feedback
- Identify the needs and challenges of prospective clients
- Schedule demos for our Director of Business Development who will close the deal for you
- Exceed targets and goals to drive overall business growth
- Answer questions and provide additional information
- Create and maintain records of current and potential customers
- Explain and demonstrate features of products and services
- Stay informed about competing products and services
- Collaborate with Director of Sales to close leads
- Identify key decision makers and/or key influencers within an organization, and clearly communicate the benefits of our product and how it can help potential customers
- Promote product features to potential clients to ensure they gain the most value from our offering

**Primary Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of work experience (sales experience is a bonus)
- Comfortable speaking on the phone in a professional manner
- Experience in client facing roles, sales or retail environments
- A track record of self-improvement, upward trajectory and desire for growth.
