We are looking for a
**full-time Leasing Professional** to join our Residential Rentals team in Guelph
Note: Hours of work are
**Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.**
About the Role:
- The Leasing Professional will ensure prospects receive professional customer support to assist them through the process of renting a suite with familiarization of the community and overall concept. This includes ensuring that all aspects of the community are explained to the client on an ongoing basis and completing all related documentation in a thorough and timely fashion.
- The Leasing Professional will accompany any customers on tours of the suites to demonstrate attributes within the suite as well as area amenities as required.
- The Leasing Professional will follow-up with all potential clients on a regular basis, contacting all leads which have been obtained, keeping accurate records within the sales system tracking communications and following established procedures.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, leasing or marketing role.
- College diploma or University degree in related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Residential Tenancies Act and related legislation is an asset.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Sales Force or similar CRM.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle for use at work.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to focus on customers of all demographics, while demonstrating well-developed problem-solving skills
- Ability to consistently instill confidence and trust in clients.
- Must be driven, resourceful and versatile with an effective approach to sales.
- Be conversant with green communities and technological advancements in the market
- Strong commitment to teamwork and focuses on delivering exceptional service through innovation and creativity
- Accomplished closer with an extensive history of meeting and exceeding all monthly and yearly sales targets and goals.
- Must be comfortable working within a team as well as independently during evenings and weekend shifts.
- Self-motivated and flexible, with the ability to effectively utilize multi-tasking skills to handle a variety of tasks and situations.
- Demonstrated ability to work well independently.
