**About Us**:Tuff Athletics is a trusted name in athleisure apparel, known for providing high-quality, trendy products. As a long-standing supplier of Costco, our brand has become synonymous with value and durability. We are embarking on an exciting journey to establish a direct-to-consumer (DTC) presence, and we are seeking a strategic and resourceful Growth Marketing Manager to lead this charge. The successful individual will begin with the company on a part-time basis up until the launch of the Tuff Athletics website (ETA May 2025). At that time, this role will change to a full-time role responsible for scaling the brand and revenue for Tuff Athletics.
**About the Role**:The Growth Marketing Manager will play a critical role in building and scaling our DTC e-commerce arm from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Tuff Athletics' digital presence. You’ll wear many hats, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, and you’ll work with external partners and internal stakeholders to bring our vision to life.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Website Development & Management**:
- Oversee the selection of a digital agency to design and launch the Tuff Athletics DTC website.
- Manage and maintain the website post-launch, optimizing for performance, usability, and conversion.
**Performance Marketing**:
- Develop and execute SEO and SEM strategies to drive traffic, improve rankings, and optimize ROI.
- Implement scalable marketing campaigns, leveraging paid media and organic channels to grow customer acquisition.
- Establish and maintain a CRM system to optimize customer segmentation and personalization.
**DTC Growth Strategy**:
- Craft and execute a holistic growth marketing strategy tailored to the clothing and apparel industry.
- Identify and implement resource-efficient tactics to scale revenue and grow brand awareness.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Partner with product and design teams to ensure brand consistency and effective storytelling across channels.
- Work with supply chain and customer service teams to optimize the DTC customer journey.
**Qualifications**:
- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on DTC e-commerce in the clothing and apparel industry.
- Proven track record of scaling e-commerce businesses with limited resources.
- Hands-on experience with SEO and SEM, including keyword research, campaign setup, and analytics.
- Experience managing or launching websites, ideally with agency collaboration.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous learning and experimentation.

**Preferred Skills**:
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar e-commerce tools.
- Experience working with wholesale-to-DTC transitions.
- Strong understanding of apparel market trends and consumer behavior.
- Past experience working in digital for an e-commerce apparel brand.
