Account Manager - Aesthetics and Cosmetics

We are seeking an Account Manager with a passion for aesthetics and cosmetics to join our team. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with clients in the aesthetics and cosmetics industry, particularly medical spas. Your main objectives will be to ensure client satisfaction and retention, and performance will be based on these metrics. The Account Manager will work directly with the Client Success Manager and admin to execute on the areas of the business.

You have the opportunity to double your income from retention. Bonuses will be based on decreasing our overall churn rate for our clients. We use AI and Loom videos to constantly improve our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain excellent relationships with clients in the aesthetics and cosmetics industry, particularly medical spas
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Work directly with the sales department and admin to execute on the areas of the business
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
