Receptionist/administrator

Established financial firm is seeking a full time receptionist.
Fully on-site position, office hours are from 9:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday - Friday.
7.5 hours daily, no overtime or weekends. Competitive salary.
Duties Include:
- Answering phones and relaying messages
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
- Maintaining meeting rooms and bookings
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Filing, faxing, scanning and photocopying
- Data entry with high degree of accuracy
- Ordering office and other supplies
- Other administrative duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in this type of position is beneficial
- Professional presentation
- Friendly outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Willing to learn
- Reliable, honest and bondable
- High School graduation or higher
- High proficiency in English language, bilingual with French beneficial
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
