**Location**:You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a hybrid model.

**Reporting Relationship**: You will report to the Manager, Client Consultants.

**Your Moneris Career - What you'll do**:

- Providing technical and programming (client-side web technologies; HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, HTTP protocols) consultation to systems integrators, third-party developers and internal Moneris teams
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams on integration projects to ensure proper support and delivery, this includes but not limited to supporting internal teams with technical advisory on Moneris Gateway Solutions
- Managing Escalations by contacting merchants and identifying critical areas and engaging various teams to facilitate issue resolution. Supporting off-hours on rotation.
- Integration activities managing through to deployment independently or in-collaboration with senior resources.

**Your Moneris Career - What you bring**:

- Bachelor's degree or college diploma; or equivalent work experience
- 0-2 years of experience in IT/pre-sales/post-sales support role
- 1 year of programming experience is considered an asset
- Strong documentation skills
