CanCrete Equipment Ltd. headquartered in Mississauga is a leading supplier of parts and equipment for Canada’s concrete pumping market. We offer solutions to the concrete industry, be it through new equipment, used equipment, rentals, parts, service, or simply providing advice when needed.

**The Role**:
We have a position available for a full-time Shop Helper/administrator to help grow our Surrey, BC location. In this position, you will assist the technicians with a variety of tasks while learning the basics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with services, repairs, etc. on concrete pumps
- Service calls
- Work order administration
- ability to use technical manuals to decipher required parts and troubleshoot equipment
- Clean and maintain equipment as directed
- Provide general assistance around the shop (administrative and technical)
- Deliver and pick up parts
- Customer service
- Operate forklift to move parts/materials
- Sign for incoming courier packages and verify goods received
- Maintain shop including putting away stock, sweeping, organizing
- Adheres to company policies and procedures
- Any other duties assigned by Management

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working on heavy equipment and asset
- Previous SAP experience an asset
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs on a regular basis
- Work year-round outdoors, in all climates
- Engages and operates with a high level of integrity and reliability
- Detail-oriented
- Interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time and assignments
- Fast-paced
- Must maintain a Class 5 Driver’s License and provide a recent clean Driver’s Abstract
- Dependable, hardworking, punctual, reliable, team player with a positive attitude
- An understanding of concrete, construction, and concrete pumping would be an asset

**Salary**: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
