**About the Opportunity - Full Time Position**

Patton & Cooke Company is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, driven individual who is dedicated to excellence, welcomes challenging and rewarding opportunities to work within our machine shop and production warehouse

**Responsibilities include**:

- Setting up milling/lathe machines, drill presses
- Insure conformance to specification and drawing tolerances
- Assisting and running additional machine shop equipment
- Asist in Operating our CNC machinery
- Ensuring machines are maintained
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
- Comply with company safety and work policies
- Help with other production/warehouse tasks when needed
- Other general duties

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 1-3 years working experience in a machine shop / manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Experience working with manual lathes, drill presses and milling machines
- HAAS & Okuma experience (preferred - not required)
- Completion of related CNC Machinist training / accredited program (preferred - not required)
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be mechanically and mathematically inclined
- Confidence and ability to work independently as a team member to support our goals and culture
- Able to multitask
- Positive attitude
- Fluent in English

**Pay**:
$28/ hr to start (increase after 3 months)

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
