Skyline Group is a Canadian company that manufactures and sells roof safety and access systems such as permanent ladders, guardrail, and walkway systems to clients throughout Canada. We are looking for a Territory Sales Representative who will be responsible for maintaining good client relations, meeting the set territory target, and developing new business relationships and sales within the assigned territory.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Fully understand the client’s requirements and factors that may influence their decision making
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling. Prospect and get in touch with key decision makers and influencers for new customers
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients and be the point of contact for unusual/large items and/or overcoming challenges
- Record all sales and touchpoints in CRM
- Follow-up on and own all opportunities. Follow-up on strategic or high value opportunities provided by the Sales team.
- Attend site meetings and provide roof reviews as required
- Expected to be spend approximately 60% of time in the office using the phone and 40% of time on the road in front of customers.
- Maximize effective use of time when in the office and on the road
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Ensure Salesforce records are kept up to date within your area of responsibility
- Follow company policies and procedures

**Tâches/Responsabilités**:

- Comprendre pleinement les exigences du client et les facteurs qui peuvent influencer sa prise de décision.
- Atteindre les clients potentiels au moyen de démarchage à froid. Prospecter et entrer en contact avec les décideurs clés et les personnes influentes pour obtenir de nouveaux clients.
- Entretenir d'excellentes relations avec les clients existants et être le point de contact pour les articles inhabituels/grands et pour surmonter les difficultés.
- Enregistrer toutes les ventes et tous les points de contact dans le CRM.
- Assurer le suivi de toutes ses propres opportunités. Assurer le suivi des opportunités stratégiques ou de grande valeur qui sont parvenues aux ventes internes.
- Participer aux réunions de site et fournir des revues de toit, le cas échéant.
- Vous passerez environ 60 % du temps au bureau au téléphone et 40 % du temps sur la route devant les clients.
- Maximiser l'utilisation efficace du temps au bureau et sur la route.
- Présenter, promouvoir et vendre des produits/services en utilisant des arguments solides aux clients existants et potentiels.
- Établir, développer et maintenir des relations commerciales et des relations avec les clients positives.
- Atteindre les objectifs de vente et les résultats dans les délais prévus.
- Coordonner les efforts de vente avec les membres de l'équipe et d'autres services.
- Veiller à ce que les dossiers Salesforce soient tenus à jour dans votre domaine de responsabilité.
- Suivre les politiques et procédures de l'entreprise.

**Salary**: Up to $160,000.00 per year
