**Job Description**:
The Implementation Analyst will collaborate with our client’s banking partners and commercial card customers to assess the steps needed to perform a successful migration into a new and improved proprietary banking platform.

**The Details**:

- Duration: 6 month contract role

**Scope of Work**:
The Implementation Analyst will collaborate will convert our client's commercial card customers from an old credit card product to a new credit card product and transition these customers onto a new expense management platform.

**What you will do (Job Description)**:

- Analyze customer data to determine implementation prioritization of commercial card conversion based on bank’s requirements
- Train with our client’s team to learn the various steps to implement cards products and technology platforms. Understand the differences of the old product and new product in order to communicate changes to customers as a result of the credit card migration
- Be trained on the previous and new platforms (card management, expense management, payables) and program management tool to on-board clients and recommend proposed program design within new platforms
- Engage with clients through kickoff, and ongoing meetings, to review and define program setup requirements and trouble shoot issues/questions.
- Complete program setups within new platform.
- Lead clients through walkthroughs of their individual program setups within new platform, and facilitate client training
- Support clients as they launch their program within new platform and provide post launch support through the clients first or second billing cycle, ensuring program setup meets the client requirements. Deliver client cycle end training

**Qualifications**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of card platform conversion experience, specifically within the commercial card space
- 1+ years of client facing experience in financial services
- 1+ years of experience in managing multiple client transitions in parallel

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Provide high level of customer service, as this is not the customer’s choice to convert
- Previous experience of working with the TSYS platform
- Knowledge working with Commercial Card expense reporting platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
- Project Management experience
- Self-Motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple priorities
- **_Proficiency in French a plus_**

Additional Information

The starting pay range for this role is $31.35 - $37.00 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
