Current Hardware:
Mostly SMB Cisco switching (some HP being phased out)
Dell servers 4/5/6/7 series servers, Qnap and Truenas storage

Work Description:
Primarily as a systems admin, your role would be to test/implement improved technologies for systems in our Colo space. We seek to improve reliability, redundancy and documenting related DR plans. But also as a team lead you will help with escalated issues or ensure (through auditing) that the staff are maintaining existing systems correctly.

You will be provided an office and parking plus a lab enviroment. You should work from the office 3 days a week (negotiable) and remotely otherwise. We expect you to be available if a significant issue occurs, but we respect privacy and this has historically been rare. Hours and schedule can flex depending on needs.

Salary is $85-110k per year depending on skillset and ability
Must be in Toronto. While we allow travel we do not employ overseas consultants.

**Salary**: $42.50-$52.88 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
