**WHO I AM**
**The Administrative Officer role will play a key role in supporting all members of the Digital Strategy, Services and Innovation Section (DSSI) with various administrative activities.**
**WHAT I DO**:
Core responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to both new and existing employees and redirects requests to the appropriate source
- Works with partners including with the Compensation Liaison Office and PeopleSoft to provide employees with resources on pay and benefits
- Submits and tracks various IT tickets, such as requesting appropriate technological equipment and software
- Supports new employees and teams to navigate the onboarding process
- Collects, reviews, and submits employee information for various HR actions and security requests
- Supports Director and Senior management within DSSI with various administrative tasks
**WHAT I NEED**
Main job requirements:
- Fluently Bilingual in both official languages (French and English)
- Experience providing administrative support while assisting new employees onboard and navigate DSSI
- Experience working in a cross-functional teams, preferably in people and/or human resources context
- Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast paced environment and openness to drive change
- Strong communication skills with ability to communicate with stakeholders including HR, security, IT, while presenting new organizational concepts to unfamiliar audiences
- Ability to plan, organize, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process information and present it clearly and simply to team members

Responsabilités principales:
- Fournit un soutien administratif aux employés nouveaux et existants et redirige les demandes vers la source appropriée
- Travaille avec des partenaires, y compris avec le Bureau de liaison en matière de rémunération et PeopleSoft pour fournir aux employés des ressources sur la rémunération et les avantages sociaux
- Soumettre et suivre divers billets informatiques, tels que la demande d'équipements technologiques et logiciels appropriés
- Aide les nouveaux employés et équipes à naviguer dans le processus d'intégration
- Collecte, examine et soumet des informations sur les employés pour diverses actions RH et demandes de sécurité
- Supporte le directeur et la haute direction au sein DSSI avec diverses tâches administratives

Principales exigences du poste:
- Parfaitement bilingue dans les deux langues officielles (français et anglais)
- Expérience dans le soutien d'une équipe interfonctionnelle avec diverses tâches administratives, notamment la rédaction ou l'examen de la correspondance par courrier électronique et la réponse aux demandes de renseignements généraux
- Expérience de la fourniture d'un soutien administratif tout en aidant les nouveaux employés à intégrer et à naviguer dans les Laboratoires des processus numérique
- Expérience de travail dans des équipes interfonctionnelles, de préférence dans un contexte de ressources humaines et/ou humaines
- Capacité à gérer l'ambiguïté dans un environnement au rythme rapide et ouverture à conduire le changement
- Solides compétences en communication avec capacité à communiquer avec les parties prenantes, y compris les RH, la sécurité, l'informatique, tout en présentant de nouveaux concepts organisationnels à des publics inconnus
- Capacité à planifier, organiser et respecter des délais serrés
- Grande attention aux détails
- Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes avec la capacité de traiter rapidement l'information et de la présenter clairement et simplement aux membres de l'équipe
