**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Answers incoming telephone calls and responds accordingly.
- Manage and organize the managers calendar including scheduling meetings, appointments and events.
- Attends meetings and take minutes for distribution to attendees.
- Work closely with managers to keep theme well informed of upcoming commitment and responsibilities.
- Maintains files and documents, both physical and digital in an organised manner.
- Facilitate communication between manager and other staff.
- Communicated directly with customers and suppliers.
- Organize and co-ordinates all travel arrangements.
- Enter data into computer and maintain databases as needed.
- Assist managers with various projects and following up on deadlines.
- Manages office supplies and replenishes inventory as required.
- Open incoming mail and take appropriate action.
- Assist with facilities management.
- Other duties as assigned

**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in administrative functions with experience in office environments.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written to communicate with customers
- Excellent typing skills for efficient documentation and communication.
- Professional phone etiquette for handling inquiries and interactions.
- Experience in clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Advance Excel skills essential.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
