Based in downtown Kamloops, CML Properties manages properties all over South Central British Columbia. We are focused on the management of high-quality commercial, residential and strata properties with extensive experience in commercial leasing and sales.

**Job Summary**

The Property Management Administrator is responsible to support the Property Managers in all facets of their work. Property Management Administrators are well organized and have proven customer service skills. Workload management and the ability to respond promptly and constructively to wide range of request is a must for this role.

**Primary Responsibilities**

Prepare & distribute correspondence (such as notices, letters, approvals, etc.)

Prepare drafts of service agreements and contracts

Prepare meeting materials and documents

Prepare strata annual general meeting notice packages

Prepare and distribute meeting minutes

Obtain quotes, issue purchase orders (as required), contact providers with service issues

Create and maintain digital files for properties

Maintain accurate client files and documents

Preparation of proposals

Reception coverage as needed

Other duties as assigned

**Education**

Formal administrative or executive assistant training is an asset but not a requirement.

**Work Experience**

2-3 years of administrative support, preferably in property management, real estate or legal field.

**Knowledge and Skills**

Experience with MS Office suite as well as intermediate MS Excel skills

Time management and prioritization skills

Problem solving skills

Strong writing and proofreading skills

Experience with Yardi and Flowfinity software an asset

**Personal Skills**

Written and verbal communications skills

Able to represent comprehensive information in a clear, concise manner

Build and maintain strong customer relations

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and take initiative

**Work Environment**

Office location - Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada (8:30 - 4:30)
