**RESPONSIBILITES**_

**Strategy Development**:

- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies aligned with overall brand objectives.

**Promotional Campaigns**:

- Design and execute trade promotions and incentives which engage retailers and boost product visibility.
- Creation of brand champion programs along with detailed analysis and effectiveness reports.

**Market Analysis**:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing insights to inform trade marketing efforts.

**Sales Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts with relevant marketing materials, training, and strategic insights.
- Conduct regular analysis of sales ensuring upcoming promotions are relevant and in line with sales strategy.
- Identification of sales opportunities through gap reports.

**Point of Sale (POS) Materials**:

- Develop and manage POS materials including order forms, sample requests, etc.
- Develop merchandising displays to enhance in-store/trade meetings visibility and customer engagement.
- Promotional material creation for deals, promotions and key accounts.

**Performance Tracking**:

- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives.
- Preparing monthly reports on performance metrics, promotions and sales opportunities.

**Budget Management**:

- Assist in managing the trade marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- End to end price management execution.
- Optimize spending for maximum return on investment.

**Relationship Building**:

- Cultivate strong relationships with key retail partners to maximize promotional opportunities and ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with product development, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
- Design of materials with external providers including printers and manufacturers.
- **EXPERIENCE**_
- 2-4 years’ experience in trade marketing, retail marketing or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience working with retail partners and managing in-store activations.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing software/tools.
- Proficiency in E-commerce, SEO, and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress.
- Experience with Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords.
- Ability to manage product portfolios and sales strategies.
