Toronto, Canada Social Media Creator Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Production Oversight**:

- Coordinate conceptualizing, filming, and editing for Clara Dao's main channel, the Clara and Javi channel, and future channels such as for the podcast and merchandise.
- Coordinate all facets of content production, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Make sure content is posted on time and on schedule
- Collaborate closely with Clara to plan and execute content ideas aligned with brand goals and audience preferences.
- Keep production timelines on track and ensure timely delivery of top-notch content.
- In charge of content distribution across platforms:

- **Merchandise Store Management**:

- Oversee management of store website
- Track orders and finances with a monthly report on merchandise shop performance
- Manage social media accounts for merchandise and track audience responses
- Create content for merchandise social media accounts
- **Team Coordination**:

- Set up team calls, monitor performance for everyone in the team, and make sure tasks due are finished by the deadlines
- Foster communication and teamwork among team members, including editors, designers, and other creatives.
- Delegate tasks and clarify roles and objectives for each team member.
- Act as a primary contact for team members, addressing any issues or challenges that arise during production.
- **Audience Engagement and Community Management**:

- Monitor audience feedback and engagement metrics to provide actionable insights for content optimization.
- Manage community interactions across social platforms and content comments to nurture a positive and engaged audience.
- Develop strategies to expand and engage the channel's audience base and enhance subscriber loyalty.
- **Performance Tracking and Analysis**:

- Create a weekly and monthly performance analysis for videos posted.
- Track key performance metrics like views, watch time, and subscriber growth, delivering regular reports to Clara.
- Analyze trends and opportunities for content enhancement and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with Clara to devise new strategies for channel growth and innovation.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Keep track of deadlines and make sure the whole team is on top of things
- Maintain documentation and records related to content production, expenses, and contracts.
- Tackle other operational tasks as directed by Clara

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the digital media, social media or entertainment sector.
- Experience in content creation and social media is preferable
- Solid understanding of content creation dynamics and audience engagement strategies.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, coupled with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and YouTube Analytics is advantageous.
- Creative mindset with a passion for digital media and content creation.

PART - TIME (24 hrs/ week) - $1750 with potential to go full time

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $1,750.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week
