Georgian Chevrolet is looking to grow our sales division of our customer care center. We are looking to hire multiple individuals to help manage the leads that come through our dealership, and converting leads into verified appointments whilst providing exceptional customer care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assessing the lead and engaging the customer in a timely manner
- Following up on cold lead sources, making sure no customer gets left behind
- Actively working on sales campaigns and private selling events including but not limited to; used vehicle hot lists, lease retention, sales anniversaries, etc.
- Booking appointments for customers through incoming leads, tracking the sources and ensuring proper turn over to salespeople
- Providing daily reports to the sales managers of the daily appointments made
- Completing post delivery calls for CSI & Blue OnStar purposes
- Touching base in the sales process to make sure all leads are being handled properly and on time
- Resolve minor inquiries that customers may have not in direct relation to the vehicle sales
- Uphold company standards and practices, representing the ethics of Canada One & Georgian Chevrolet
- Interprets guest needs, and translates needs into guest experience, finding opportunities to make visit to the dealership memorable
- Other duties as management requires

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum (2) years of automotive experience within a sales, service or administrative role
- Good knowledge and understanding of the English language, second language considered an asset but is not a requirement
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively both within the dealership and to our customers
- A team first mentality, understanding that we must rely on each other to provide the best guest experience
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands
- Required to work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends

Renumeration: 36,000- 45,000.00/ year, based on experience + bonus structure

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
