**Responsibilities**
- Manage day to day operations
- Project management for new listings/deals
- Schedule showing appointments
- Prepare paperwork for deals and MLS
- Prepare evaluation packages
- Audit supplies and keep evaluation station stocked
- Prepare expenses reports
- Work with clients, cooperating agents & service providers (Contract to Close and

beyond)
- Draft offers and other related documents
- Update social media regularly
- Answering phones calls during business hours

**Qualification**
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Strong typing & writing skills
- Proficient in Microscoft Office (Word/Excel), Google Platform or Mac
- Relatively proficient with social media (Facebook/Instagram)
- Good to have working knowledge of offers and listing paperwork
- Good to have knowledge of Webforms, MLS, electronic signing platforms, general

knowledge of CRM's

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- East York, ON M4C 3G5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
