**About the Team**:
High producing, family run business, operating 20% above the current Real Estate market medium.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day to day operations
- Answer phone calls during business hours
- Coordinate client events
- Upload MLS listings
- Schedule showing appointments
- Prepare paperwork for deals and MLS
- Update social media regularly
- Prepare expenses reports
- Work with clients and cooperating agents
- Draft Offers and other related documents

**Qualification**
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Must have strong know of offers and listings paperwork Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
- Proficient with social media (Facebook/Instagram)
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Work well within a team setting and independently
- Must be familiar with Webforms, MLS, Trello & Asana

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- East York, ON M4C 3G5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
