Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Assist the Store Manager in motivating and supervising a team of retail associates. Provide guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service. Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Operations Management: Support day-to-day operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Sales and Promotion: Assist in implementing sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue growth. Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Administrative Tasks: Help with scheduling, payroll, and record-keeping. Prepare reports on sales and inventory as required.

Qualifications:

- Previous retail leadership or managerial experience, preferably in a gas and convenience store setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including POS systems
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Principales responsabilités:

- Leadership d'équipe : Aider le directeur du magasin à motiver et à superviser une équipe d'associés du commerce de détail. Fournir des conseils et un soutien pour assurer un service à la clientèle exceptionnel.
- Excellence du service à la clientèle : Montrer l'exemple en offrant un service à la clientèle exceptionnel. Répondre rapidement et professionnellement aux demandes et aux problèmes des clients.
- Gestion des opérations : Soutenir les opérations quotidiennes, y compris la manipulation des espèces, la gestion des stocks et le respect des politiques de l'entreprise et des normes de sécurité.
- Vente et promotion : Participer à la mise en œuvre de stratégies de vente et d'activités promotionnelles afin de stimuler la croissance du chiffre d'affaires. Contrôler les performances des ventes et identifier les possibilités d'amélioration.
- Tâches administratives : Participer à la planification, à la paie et à la tenue des registres. Préparer des rapports sur les ventes et les stocks en fonction des besoins.

Qualifications:

- Expérience de direction ou de gestion dans le domaine de la vente au détail, de préférence dans un magasin d'essence ou de proximité.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles.
- Solides capacités d'organisation et de gestion du temps.
- Connaissance de base de l'informatique, y compris des systèmes de point de vente.
- Flexibilité pour travailler en horaires variables, y compris les week-ends et les jours fériés.
- Capacité à soulever et à porter des objets pesant jusqu'à 50 livres et à rester debout pendant de longues périodes.

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
