**POSITION SCOPE**:The preparation/update of various reports including financial statements for Apollo and the twelve subsidiary companies affiliated with Apollo.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**:

- Update reports such as the Banking / Executive Sales Reports on daily basis.
- Preparation of Production Efficiency Report on a daily basis
- Weekly preparation of Economic B Problem solves client issues, and cover off portfolios of other Account Managers during vacations or other absences.
- Travel locally as required.
- Address, respond and follow up with client inquiries regarding pre-development, first runs, artwork/sample status, shipments to the Sales team so they may communicate in a timely manner
- Maximize the sales of current SKUs and ensure in-stock levels are maintained at maximum levels at all times
- Manage all liabilities of all finished goods and components ensuring that strategies are developed to minimize any liabilities, including taking action in response to slow-moving product developing strategies to rejuvenate sales
- Research and accurately communicate category retail bid renewals to internal staff to ensure appropriate preparation has taken place
- Explore all areas of cross selling within currently existing formulation and packaging
- Log data and perform transactions within the Company’s ERP system
- Perform other duties as assigned

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:
**KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**: 0-2 years’ previous experience required, preferably in a similar or related industry; post-secondary education (Business Degree) required; high level of proficiency with ERP System; Excellent Excel Knowledge
**INTERPERSONAL SKILLS/CONTACTS**: regular access to confidential or sensitive information; frequent internal interactions and/or regular to frequent external interactions; purpose of internal/external contacts regularly related to complex matters; regular selling, negotiating, consulting, teaching/instructing, or advising; above average level of written and verbal communication skills required for successful job performance
