Key Responsibilities:
Crew Recruitment:

- Communicate with prospective crew members to gather necessary details and assess their interest and qualifications.
- Collaborate with franchisees to understand staffing needs and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified crew members.

Data Entry and Database Management:

- Ensure the database remains up-to-date and organized for easy access by the team.
- Generate reports and provide updates to leadership on recruitment progress and database metrics.
- Identify gaps in data or recruitment coverage and take steps to address them proactively.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with data entry, databases, or CRM systems is preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or administrative roles is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Availability to work shifts accommodating operational needs, typically between 5:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

What We Offer:

- Competitive compensation: $18.00-$20.00 per hour.
- Flexible scheduling and a hybrid remote work environment.
- Part-time, permanent position with 20-30 hours per week.
