**Position Overview**: As the AR and Customer Service, you will play a hands-on crucial role in managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy in billing, collections, and customer account maintenance. Additionally, you will provide outstanding customer service support, assisting customers with inquiries and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Receivable**:

- Manage accounts receivable functions including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner.

**Customer Service**:

- Respond to customer inquiries related to billing, payments, and account status with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide personalized assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, answering phones, directing inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming reception area.
- Schedule appointments, manage conference room bookings, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration preferred.
- Proven experience (3 years minimum) in accounts receivable, customer service, and help desk support, or receptionist roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- Previous experience with AR software and CRM systems is a plus.
