Contracts and Customer Service Manager

**For nearly 40 years Ensil has been dedicated to excellence in the field of Electronics R&D, PCB Design and Integration, PCB Repair and Rework in Industrial, Aerospace, Defence, Robotics and Medical Industries.**
Ensil is a Prime Defence contractor to NATO and US Government and is registered with ITAR and the Canadian Control Goods Programs.
Ensil fulfills offset and IRB commitments for contracts with the Government of Canada on behalf of USA and European Defence OEMs. Ensil operates under CAGE code L1679 in Canada and the CAGE Code of 52GG4 in USA.
As part of its market expansion and strategy, Ensil currently requires to hire a seasoned and experienced Contracts and Customer Service Manager with excellent and proven past history of achievements.
The Contracts and Marketing Manager, is responsible for driving Marketing initiatives and acquiring Research and development contracts from the interested company and organisations in China and the neighbouring countries.
**Education, Experience & Additional Requirements**
- **Excellent command of Mandarin for communication ( Read, Write and Speak)**:
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree (Master's preferred) in Electrical, Electronics
- High level leadership role in a manufacturing or R&D environment is required
- Experience in a Sales, Marketing or an R&D in a A High-Tech Electronics Manufacturing, Service organisation or Aerospace is strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience working in a low volume, high mix manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years of experience in a project based environment.
- Project Management experience is preferred.
- Experienced with establishing credibility with customers by meeting commitments.
- Experienced with contract terms and understands the risks.
