Your core responsibilities will be: post customer payments, investigate and resolve receivable discrepancies, and follow up on overdue accounts. This position will report directly to Finance Manager, APCA.

**Primary Duties**:

- Process incoming payments and post to GL
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve AR discrepancies
- Assist internal departments with Charge Back/Discount disputes
- Liaise with Customers
- Follow Up on Overdue Accounts
- Prepare Statements of Account
- Monthly Bank Deposit

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong MS Office Skills (Excel, Word)
- Experience with SAP is an asset.
