Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at Canada Clean Fuels Inc.

Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, collecting payments from debtors, and performing various clerical duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, tracking, and following up on payments
  • Collect payments from debtors, including phone calls, emails, and letters
  • Perform various clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems, and preparing reports
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including tracking and reporting on stock levels
  • Prepare and process payments, including cheques, credit card payments, and electronic funds transfers
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Sage Accounting Software experience
  • Word processing software skills
  • Electronic mail and spreadsheet skills
