We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at Canada Clean Fuels Inc.

Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, collecting payments from debtors, and performing various clerical duties. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payment from customers
  • Collect payments from debtors and follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Perform clerical duties, including maintaining filing and record systems
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Prepare reports and provide data analysis to support business decisions
  • Order office supplies and manage administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Sage Accounting Software and Microsoft Office
