- Extremely organized, great customer relation skills and work independently and as a team player

**Responsibilities of the position**:

- Answer telephone, book and confirm showing appointments,
- Assist agents with appointments, offers, draft letters and other related documents
- Prepare offer (Agreement of Purchase and Sale), Listing Agreement, Waiver, Amendment and other related documents on WebForm
- Prepare listing and photos and Upload/Edit listings on MLS
- Filing, Photocopying and other administrative tasks as needed

**What we can offer you**:Part-time (must available for one weekday, Saturday and Sunday shift)Required**: High school or equivalent
- Speaks Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
- Good written and oral English

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
