Duties:

- Daily use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Completing courier (e.g, UPS/Purolator) paperwork/labels
- Order Entry
- Inventory checks
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- File and organize documents and paperwork
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Various clerical tasks as needed

**You must be capable of running an office.**

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred - Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management systems
**- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office; specifically: Outlook, Excel, and Word. A competency test will be given.**
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
