**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service, guest satisfaction, and adherence to quality standards.
- Train, mentor, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and dishwashers, to maintain a high-level of performance and professionalism.
- Develop and manage employee schedules, assigning tasks efficiently to optimize restaurant productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively order supplies to meet operational needs.
- Uphold rigorous cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant.
- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, aiming to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Formulate and execute strategies to drive restaurant sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and introduce new menu offerings and specials.

**Qualifications**:
