**Accounts Receivable Technician**

It’s a face-to-face position with a possible move to a hybrid working arrangement. **When your actions lead to success.**
- Follow up on customer accounts under their responsibility (invoicing, collections).
- Analyse and release pending orders (credit approval, late payment).
- Process and record payments received from customers (cheques, direct deposits, credit cards).
- Respond to customer queries.
- Analyse and reconcile customer accounts.
- Obtain credit information for new customers.
- Ongoing monitoring of compliance with credit conditions granted to customers and obtaining the information required for the annual update.
- Work closely with customer service.
- Actively participate in the improvement of current systems.

- DEC in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Bilingualism in French and English required for communication with clients across Canada.
