Digital Marketing Coordinator

**Pipe Staffing is an affiliate of Milani Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning and is under the Milani Group of Companies.**

Pipe Staffing is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The marketing coordinator will oversee the development, implementation, and execution of our digital marketing strategy.

Media Campaigns:

- Set up and launch paid media campaigns on various platforms (e.g., Google Marketing platform, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Communicate creative and copy requirements to internal stakeholders and ensure compliance.
- Review and deliver creative materials to external media partners.
- Create and implement tracking codes for accurate campaign performance measurement.
- Monitor campaign budgets, audience targeting, and ad tracking to align with media plans.
- Provide campaign analysis, recommend optimizations, and identify insights using analytics dashboards, while collaborating with media partners to resolve any issues.

Marketing Analysis & Optimization
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to increase organic website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Perform keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and creation.
- Create and manage engaging content across digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using analytics tools to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement digital campaigns that align with our brand and business goals.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
- Coordinating and updating marketing materials across media platforms.

Internal Communications
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with company goals.
- Communicate marketing plans, progress, and results to other departments via monthly updates.
- Act as a liaison between marketing and other departments as needed.

Job Requirements
- BA in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A strong understanding of SEOs, social media marketing, and related analytics.
- Creativity and a passion for staying up to date with new and emerging trends within social media and online marketing platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, specifically in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media platforms.
- Graphic design, photography, videography and web design experience would be advantageous, but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English.
