**BRAVO RESTORATION SERVICES,** located in beautiful Cranbrook, B.C., is currently seeking an experienced project manager. This position is full-time and will include some over-time hours to meet the needs of our clients.

**Role Summary**:The Project Manager will lead multi-person teams and is responsible for the successful completion of various restoration projects that are caused by fire, smoke, wind, water, mold, asbestos, etc. They will work in conjunction with property owners, adjusters, insurance companies, and/or property management companies and ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner, on budget, and to the highest quality standards while bringing client properties back to their pre-disaster conditions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform site inspections, including the Emergency Phase, to assess property damage to properties and manage the scope emergency and remediation/repair processes
- Determine cause of loss
- Prepare emergency service and restoration estimates
- Establish and maintain project budgets
- Confirm deductibles and obtain payment prior to starting repairs
- Review construction plans for compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and ordinances (plumbing, mechanical, electrical, structural, etc.) and/ or consult with engineers
- Secure approved estimate and signed authorization from client prior to project start. Ensure proper trade selection and trade management. Co-ordinate construction trades and emergency crews
- Obtain building permits when required. Schedule Building Department Inspections and maintain Building Department reports and directions as required
- Perform periodic site inspections of project prior to, during, and upon completion of restoration to determine compliance with approved estimate
- Maintain consistent communication with home and business owners, insurance adjusters, property managers, policy holders, tenants, sub-contractors, etc. on all aspects of emergency and restoration projects
- Assist in the resolution of change requests, unforeseen additional work, and other issues. Ensure proper documentation of all changes to original estimate are secured, specifically written, and signed
- Follow document file processes as set out by client service level agreements and in-house requirements
- Ensure compliance with Company Health & Safety policies, procedures, and reporting requirements
- Meet or exceed pre-set profit margins on each job
- Obtain inspections when completed
- Ensure project documents are complete and current
- Ensure Certificate of Completion is secured and filed prior to close of project

**Skills/ Competencies Required**:

- Has previous construction experience
- Ability to work well with a team and independently
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Proficient in Xactimate or estimating software skills is an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours as required
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian Restoration Industry
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory
- MUST live within 50 km of Cranbrook, B.C.

**Salary**: $28.00-$36.00 per hour
