Legal Aid BC (LABC) is a non-profit organization, created by the Legal Services Society Act in 1979, to provide legal information, advice, and representation services to some of BC’s most vulnerable and marginalized citizens; those who do not have the financial, educational, social or health resources to effectively access the justice system when their families, freedom, or safety are at risk. **Role Overview**

Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Advisor, this position provides administrative services and HR support services to the Manager and Human Resources Advisors in the areas of recruitment, HRIS, Learning Management System, compensation and benefits, training and development, health and safety, report preparation, and leave administration.

**More About You**

High school graduation supplemented by a Human Resources certificate or Diploma plus three years of experience in a human resources position working within a unionized environment. An equivalent combination of training, education and experience may be considered. You strive to exceed expectations and are a team player.
