Edmonton, Canada EXECUTIVE MAT SERVICE Full time

We are looking for an experienced Branch Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations for our Edmonton Branch. This position includes direct supervision of production and service team members. A key responsibility is monitoring, organizing, and optimizing daily production and service needs to meet service requirements. This also includes balancing staffing requirements in each department.

At Executive Mat Service, the Branch Leader is integral to the production and service process. They must be competent and comprehend daily operational needs to maintain smooth and efficient workflows. Communication and leadership within the team is critical to the success of the role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage team members in warehouse production and service department
- Conduct new hires in production and service
- Provide ongoing training for production and service team
- Help develop or maintain programs and procedures for the production and service team
- Oversee shipping and receiving.
- Confirm all service deliveries are met each day; provide a plan for service make-ups
- Track delivery make-ups and service issues via liaison with head office staff
- Manage branch inventory
- Oversee products delivered to customers meet safety standards
- Conduct performance tracking and reporting for operations
- Schedule all vehicle and equipment-related maintenance
- Assist in communicating/helping all drivers relating to product issues.
- Conduct Health & Safety (H&S) training and ensure all H&S policies and regulations are followed.
- Communicate with customers and preform site visits
- Conduct weekly team meetings
- Attend weekly meetings with management

Ø Team player with strong leadership skills who can make decisions and solve problems

Ø Ability to organize tasks and prioritize for effective time management

Ø Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

Ø Strong organizational skills

Ø Must be able to lift to 50 pounds

Ø Pallet jack operator experience is an asset

Ø Valid Driver’s License
