Tu poursuis des études universitaires en ressources humaines / relations industrielles / développement organisationnel et tu recherches une expérience professionnelle dans une grande compagnie?

Nous offrons à un(e) jeune allumé(e) une très belle opportunité de joindre une équipe corporative qui collabore tous les jours avec les collègues à l’international pour un stage d’une durée de 4 à 8 mois.

Pendant la durée de ton stage, tu seras appelé à t’investir activement dans l’amélioration et la mise en place des meilleures pratiques en Développement Organisationnel (DO) en collaborant avec l’ensemble des sites du groupe Zinc qui sont situés au Canada, en Australie, en Europe et au Kazakhstan.

Les journées se suivront mais ne se ressembleront pas alors que tu mettras à profit tes compétences pour exercer un rôle de Partenaire d’affaires DO Jr. auprès des gestionnaires et des employés. Le stage pourra être modulé pour respecter ton niveau de connaissances et compétences ainsi que tes champs d’intérêts (autant que possible).

**Plus spécifiquement, tu devras**:

- Supporter la Partenaire d’affaires DO Sr. dans les nombreux projets de e-learning;
- Participer au développement de profils de formation à l’aide de notre matrice de compétences et à l’intégration de ceux-ci aux outils internes (librairie virtuelle de cours, LMS, etc);
- Participer à l’élaboration de parcours de développement virtuel en management et en leadership;
- Supporter la coordination des activités de formation pour la durée du stage;
- Supporter et accompagner l’équipe dans le suivi des initiatives en DEI en lien avec le cadre de gestion global;
- Participer dans le suivi des activités de gestion du changement dans les divers projets en cours;
- Participer à la réalisation des étapes préliminaires au lancement du sondage d’engagement;
- Participer à la documentation des processus DO/RH et alimenter la section DO du portail global RH avec les processus et pratiques en vigueur;
- Produire et analyser les KPI du secteur DO, identifier des tendances et leurs impacts.

**Ce stage est pour toi si**:

- Tu es présentement inscrit dans une université dans un programme en Développement organisationnel ou dans un domaine pertinent;
- Tu es curieux, flexible et autonome;
- Tu apprends vite et possèdes un bon jugement;
- Tu es capable de t’exprimer en français (avancé) et en anglais (niveau fonctionnel + à l’oral et l’écrit);
- Tu fais preuve d’excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles, tu es à l’affût des meilleures pratiques au marché et tu débordes d’idées nouvelles;
- Tu as de la facilité à travailler avec les technologies;
- Tu veux faire partie d’une équipe agréable et tu peux travailler en présentiel à notre bureau de Dorval - 37.5 heures/semaine.
