Groupe Marcelle is currently looking to hire a full-time Human Resources intern for May 2023.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources, the Human Resources intern will assist the human resources team in realizing different projects.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Workplace: Teleworking and 9200 Chemin de la Côte-de-Liesse, Montreal, Quebec both remote work and office work.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE
- Perform benchmark related to human resources.
- Maintain the Dayforce HRIS.
- Elaborate procedures and politiques (HR benchmark research).
- Participate in various HR related projects.
- Participate in talent acquisition initiatives (sorting resumes, telephone interviews, etc.).

WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE
- Almost completed your Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources Management or relevant experience (LAST SEMESTER).
- Previous internship experience in human resources (an strong asset).
- Interest in labor relations and SST.
- Proficiency in the Office Suite.
- Proficiency of HRMS, Dayforce (an asset).

AND IF YOU ARE
- Fluent English and French (written and spoken) a strong asset as the person will have to collaborate with different employees accross Canada.
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to quickly react to changing environment.
- Proactive and team player.
- Organized, ability to prioritize time and tasks.
- Flexible and multi-tasking.
- Ability to work under pressure.
