**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist with patient intake and ensure accurate data entry into the electronic health record system.
- Maintain organized patient files and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the chiropractic office effectively.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information and assistance to patients as needed.
- Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents and managing office supplies.
- Support the chiropractic team in daily operations to enhance patient flow and satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an office environment, preferably within a healthcare or dental setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in patient records.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding patient information.
