Parts Advisor

Individual will be encouraged to solicit new customer accounts and maintain a professional relationship to continue to increase sales.

Will assist Parts Manager with monitoring inventory, creating regular parts orders to maintain inventory and fulfil special orders for customers and shop.

Required to assist with tracking order receipts and back orders and communicate order status to customers and service department.

Parts department to be kept clean and ensure a safe environment.

Will assist with ensuring all shop work orders are billed out correctly and all required parts are pulled and ready to maintain shop efficiency.

May be required to work weekends and evenings as the job requires.

Reynolds & Reynolds experience is preferred, parts department experience is required.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as a Parts Advisor at a dealership is required
- Reynolds & Reynolds system experience is an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Reliability and time management
- Very organized
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills

Schedule

Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
