What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and Conquer:  Oversee the entire supply chain journey, ensuring seamless movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
  • Global Logistics Expertise:  Manage ocean, air, and expedited parcel shipments while navigating customs clearance like a pro.
  • Vendor Relationships:  Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, carriers, and partners.
  • Inventory Management:   Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and prevent that dreaded "out of stock" situation.
  • NPD, ECO & Lifecycle Management:  Support New Product Development (NPD), Engineering Change Orders (ECO), and product lifecycle processes.
  • Purchasing & Planning Expertise:  Plan purchases strategically, leveraging knowledge of the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process (preferred).
  • Problem Solver Extraordinaire:  Troubleshoot hiccups and develop proactive solutions to keep us on track.
  • Metrics Master:  Analyze KPIs and recommend data-driven improvements for cost and time efficiencies.

What You Bring:

  • Experience:  3+ years in supply chain management, logistics, or operations within the consumer goods  industry.
  • Education:  A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • Skills:  Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., Odoo) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Mindset:  Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Communication:  Stellar interpersonal skills for coordinating across teams and vendors.
  • Adaptability:  Thrive in a fast-paced environment with ever-evolving priorities
