ABOUT US /

To be successful as an independent sales representative, you should be committed to achieving sales goals with mínimal supervision. Ultimately, a top-performing independent sales representative should demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills, and achieve excellent customer service at all times.

This roll is commission based only right now, but with the possibility of being offered a permanent position based on outstanding performance.

Job Functions:
1. Establish and develop relationships with new and existing clients - maximizing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction

2. Manage and grow sales with all existing independent accounts across dealer network -- including specialty sporting goods and yoga / fitness clubs retailers

3. Identify new account prospects in same specialty / club locations and actively pursue their retail business in order to expand the dealer base

4. Assist in preparation of specific quotes for private label / special make up customers and subsequent follow up requirements.

This position requires a high energy, self-motivated person that is able to work with limited supervision in accomplishing prioritized tasks at hand.
- Experience in prospecting new accounts -- evaluation of opportunity and cold calling required on a regular basis
- Attention to details and follow through on all projects on a timely manner to ensure deadlines are met and customer satisfaction is achieved
- Self-starter, opportunity based thinker - be able to work independently without supervision in order to achieve sales goals - Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Possess a valid passport and ability to travel 1-3 times per year for key account presentations and trade show assistance as required
- Possess a valid driver's license and vehicle for local customer visits (Lower Mainland) as required

This position is Independent Sales Rep/Commission based only. You can choose to work in the office or at home remotely.
