Our job is to handle stressful situations when water, fire or other perils are damaging our customers' property (building materials, contents and other prized possessions)**. **We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver excellent service throughout the mitigation and reconstruction process.

**Who we are looking for**:
As a Project Coordinator at our Head Office, you will be tasked with supporting our Project Managers on a daily basis. In order to be successful in this role, you’ll need to be an efficient self-starter with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. You’re a brilliant problem solver, highly organized, and have exceptional communication and experience in an office environment preferably with construction or service-based background.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for the following duties:

- Creating high levels of customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations in day-to-day communication and engagement with Incredible Restorations;
- Oversee the collection, entry, and management of relevant customer information into multiple software platforms;
- Receive, review, and prepare project documentation such as daily project updates, field reports, invoicing packages, and other applicable files;
- Assist the Project Manager in preparing project budgets and schedules;
- Maintaining cloud-based project files on multiple software platforms;
- Submit scheduling requests to the Operations team for active projects;
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors for ongoing projects;
- Assisting the Project Managers and The Operations Manager with any other duties as required.
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator, Administrative Assistant or similar role (1 years);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook;
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and fellow team members, exhibiting diplomacy and tact;
- Professional attitude and appearance;
- Superior verbal communication skills and excellent command of the English language;
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise;
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills;
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
- Positive and outgoing customer service attitude.
