**Position Summary**
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Recruiter is responsible for employees’ placement, schedules, transportation, and logistics. The Recruiter will ensure that recruitment activities are timed and completed in accordance with established quality standards and practices.

**Responsibilities and Deliverables**
**Recruitment**
Ø Schedule pre-access drug and alcohol test for prospective employees
Ø Be first point of contact for employees regarding placement and availability
Ø Conduct and lead interview process
Ø Meet with hiring managers to qualify staffing needs
Ø Deliver offer of employment
Ø Ensure all employees are compliance with safety training and site specific certifications
Ø Following up with all employees that aren’t compliant on safety training
**Orientation**
Ø Deliver first day orientation to new employees
Ø Creation and maintenance of new employee files including Collection of orientation paperwork, sign offs and employee certifications
Ø Ensure employees have proper information, paperwork, badges and certifications for specific sites if applicable.
**Logistics**
Ø Responsible for all employee transportation and logistics
**Other**
Ø Various Administrative functions
Ø Maintenance of employee files
Ø Maintenance of a variety of databases
Ø Creation and delivery of a variety of reports
Ø Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
Ø High school graduate required
Ø College Diploma or University Degree Preferred
Ø knowledge of recruitment process
Ø working level Human resource knowledge
Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ø Exposure to industrial construction or facility maintenance is preferred
